Gary has practiced primarily in the areas of labour and employment law for Unions and employees for over 30 years. After practicing with a larger Union-side law firm in Saskatoon for 17 years, Gary became a founding partner of Bainbridge Jodouin Cheecham in 2006, where he has spent most of his waking moments since that time, doing exclusively Union and employee-side labour law.
Gary has appeared at every level of court and before numerous administrative tribunals in Canada, and was co-counsel on three successful appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada. He was appointed King's Counsel in December of 2017.
He does not own a cell phone.
