Dawn Cheecham is of Cree and Dene ancestry and is originally from the Clearwater River Dene Nation. She acts as general counsel for various First Nations and First Nations organizations and works closely with them on all aspects of aboriginal law. Dawn works closely and respectfully, at the grassroots level, with First Nation communities, for the betterment of the communities.
